Dive In
“I have been a seeker and I still am, but I stopped asking the books and the stars. I started listening to the teaching of my Soul.”

Where do you feel stress, overwhelm, worry or fear in your body?
Gently bring your attention inward and notice any feelings of tightness, tension, heaviness or agitation, especially when you’re feeling upset. Where does it show up. Just take a quiet moment to observe and jot down what you notice. There is nothing to change or fix here- this is simply about connecting with yourself.
-
As you become aware of these physical sensations, how are you reacting?
Are you judging yourself or the sensations? What kinds of things are you saying to yourself in those moments?
-
As you become more and more aware of the presence of these physical sensations, do they start to feel more intense, or do they begin to soften?
Does noticing them make your stress feel worse or a little lighter?
-
Is there a part of you that’s nervous about becoming more aware of these feelings in your body?
What do you worry might happen if you let yourself notice them more often? Would it shift how you see yourself or your life?
