A Gift to Your True Self
We’re currently in the midst of wrapping up a powerful class series called A Gift to Yourself and Choosing to Be Yourself, where we’ve been exploring themes of presence and inner nourishment and learning tools focused on releasing emotional blocks keeping us stuck.
We’ve been exploring how to connect more deeply with our inner wisdom and live with greater authenticity. Through gentle reflection and simple practices, we’re discovering how being more real and kind with ourselves opens the door to meaningful change—within and around us.
This series also invites us to see fear not as a sign of failure, but as a teacher for growth. We’re learning to meet life’s challenges with curiosity instead of self-judgment, cultivating compassion, strength, and fresh perspective along the way.

Learning to Love and Trust Yourself Class
This course will help you gently face and release the resistance you may feel toward seeing and accepting the Light within you.
Many of us have spent our lives focused on what we believe is wrong with us—how we might disappoint others or fall short of who we think we should be. In this course, we’ll explore the fears that arise as you begin to connect with your Light and listen to the quiet inner voice within you—your Deepest Wisdom. You’ll begin to see your true value and lovability.
You’ll be introduced to three core tools to support this process, with a special focus on connecting with your Deepest Wisdom. You’ll learn how to access your Light in different ways, even when you're feeling difficult emotions or stuck in your Dark.
You’ll also discover how to ask meaningful questions and receive guidance from within, how to recognize when fear is influencing your choices, and how to identify the fears that surface when you imagine stepping into your most loving, wise, and compassionate self.

"I used to carry a lot of rigidity—both in how I viewed the world and how I related to others. I had strong ideas about how things should be, and when people or situations didn’t align with those expectations, I became defensive. If I felt threatened or uncomfortable, my instinct was to put up walls. I could be harsh, sharp with my words, and quick to judge. At the time, I didn’t even realize how my reactions were affecting the people around me. Taking these classes changed that. I began to see what was underneath all that reactivity: fear and a deep longing to feel safe and understood. Something inside me softened. I no longer see differences as threats. Where I once felt anxious around change or unfamiliar perspectives, I now see those things as part of life’s richness. And the most beautiful part is—it hasn’t just changed how I feel inside, it’s changed how others experience me. I work with people in very challenging and emotionally charged situations. Lately, I’ve been receiving feedback that I never used to hear—people tell me they feel safe with me, that they can open up, that my presence is calming. They notice my kindness, and how I hold space for their struggles without judgment. That, to me, is the most meaningful transformation of all."

“Taking classes with Eliora has honestly changed my life. For so long, I was stuck in the same old patterns and often saw myself as a victim of my circumstances. When life didn’t go the way I expected, I would collapse into self-pity, frustration, or blame. I gave up easily—on people, on goals, sometimes even on myself. Even when I wanted to change, I couldn’t seem to get out of my own way. It felt like I couldn’t break through the invisible wall between who I was and who I wanted to become. The voice in my head was full of doubt: “You’ll never change.” “It’s too late.” But something began to shift when I started these classes. Little by little, I stopped feeling sorry for myself. I started to recognize the ways I had been holding onto pain, anger, and stories that distorted my reality. I stopped expecting others to fix or understand what I didn’t yet understand in myself. I began to let go of the anger I carried toward people who had disappointed me. Most importantly, I stopped blaming the world and started looking inward—not to criticize, but to understand myself and reclaim my power. Now, when I face challenges, I approach them with a sense of inner steadiness. I trust myself more. I’ve stopped waiting to be rescued and started building the life I have always been longing for."
